Dr. Arthur Schwartz
is a graduate of  Clark University. He received his dental degree from Harvard University and completed his postdoctoral training in Periodontology at Boston University.

He has been in private practice for over thirty years in Stoneham and Wakefield, Massachusetts.

Dr. Schwartz has taught at the postdoctoral level at both Boston University and Harvard University.

MISSION STATEMENT
:
My goal is to provide the very best possible dental care so that each of our patients may achieve optimal dental health throughout a lifetime.
He has held every office in his component district dental society and has been a Trustee, the Assistant  Secretary, Secretary and Speaker of the House of Delegates of the Massachusetts Dental Society. In further service to his Constituent society, Dr. Schwartz has served and chaired several committees, including the Constitution and Bylaws, Budget, Fiscal Planning, Public Relations, and Executive Committees.

Dr. Schwartz currently serves on the Board of the EDIC, and is the Assistant Editor of the Journal of The Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Schwartz is a past general chairman of the Yankee Dental Congress and has also chaired the Yankee Dental Congress Steering Committee.

Dr. Schwartz served on the Ethics Committee of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Academy’s Continuing Education Oversight Committee.

Dr. Schwartz served as chairman on the Council of Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs of the American Dental Association and has also served on several special committees and task forces. He is a past president of theHarvard Dental Alumni Association, and has been elected to fellowship in the American College of Dentists, theInternational College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
