| Telephone: It is impossible for the doctors to leave a patient during treatment to answer a phone call. However, the staff is prepared to resolve most questions or relay answers from the doctors. If we are unable to answer your questions immediately, arrangements will be made to have your doctor return your call as soon as possible. 781-245-8811 |
Appointments: Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. It is very difficult to accommodate unscheduled office visits. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Occasionally, emergencies do occur which may cause a delay, but we will always try to honor your appointment time.
We will make your dental visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Preoperative sedatives for anxiety, local anesthesia, and stereo headphones are all available. Having dental treatment Does not mean having to be uncomfortable. Please let us know what we can do to relieve your concerns. |

Cancellations of Appointments: If you can not keep an appointment, please notify the office immediately by calling 781-245-8811. Kindly give us 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give your time to another patient who desires an appointment.
Emergency Care: We reserve time so that people with urgent; problems can be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call as early in the day as possible. The doctors are available after office hours for emergencies. Please use our office telephone number and your message will be relayed to the doctors promptly. |
Financial and Insurance Information: We are happy to assist in submitting your dental benefit claims for payment. We routinely request predetermination of dental benefits and verification of coverage. Please inquire at our business office. We will make every effort, in advance, to inform you of the cost of necessary dental services. In the event a payment plan is required, our policy is available at the business office.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
personal checks, travelers checks, bank checks and cash for payment.
We are happy to offer CARE CREDIT for longer term financing your dental treatment fees. Please inquire at our business office.
